Credits have been applied for CCA credits, Nutrient Management credits, and Pesticide Application Training credits. As of publication, approval has not been received. Hotel Reservation Information

The Penn State Conference Center Hotel is located off the Route 322 bypass on Park Avenue in Innovation Park. Room price is $78 plus tax per night for a single and $88 for a double room. Conferees are responsible for making their own reservations by December 15; rooms will be reserved on an “if available” basis after that date. Call the hotel at 800-233-7505 and indicate that you are with the PAES Agronomic Education Conference ID #AGR0114.

Conference Registration Information

The registration fee is $140.00 for members and $170.00 for non-members if received by January 2, 2008. The registration fee after that date is $160.00 for members and $190.00 for non-members. Dues for membership are $25 per person. Payment of the registration fee includes any handout materials, all sessions, breaks, and the anniversary celebration banquet on Tuesday.

Cancellations will be accepted until January 8th with full refund minus dues (if applicable). There will be no refunds after that date.

Sponsorship Opportunities

With plans for the PA Agronomic Education Conference moving quickly, the PAES Hospitality committee would like to again solicit your support. In order to offer a top quality conference while minimizing the cost to you, our membership, we are looking for sponsors to help defray some of our expenses. These sponsorships will be used toward the meeting breaks, the banquet, and the social hour. All sponsors will be recognized in the program handed out at the conference.

The levels of sponsorship are as follows: PLATINUM/ ($1000 includes being listed on hand-out program front cover; exhibit table, podium & program recognition and one registration); GOLD ($500+ includes exhibit table, podium & program recognition and 1 registration); SILVER ($300 to $499 — Exhibit table, podium & program recognition); BRONZE ($150 to $299 — podium & program recognition). Hospitality sponsor ($125 — program recognition). Exhibit tables can also be set for a $100 fee.
